Train Station Fitness (TSF) is a personal training studio based in Malvern, Melbourne.
A genuine love of exercise, and how it makes the body and mind feel, are at the core of what we do. We don’t just give you an exercise program to follow, we work to educate and inspire you, helping you enjoy the journey towards your health and fitness goals.
We offer general and tailored programming for each of our clients and the option of taking part in our holistic 6 Stations course covering goal set, mindset, regulate, eat, move and rest.
Sessions are generally one-to-one, although there is the option of small group training (maximum of three participants) available.
